Operation Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Join the product team to ensure all product production related queries and requests are handled daily
- Manage service requests and clients requests
- Provide Helpdesk technical Level 2 support
- Available and coordinate once a week night deployments
- Handle BAU for both software and hardware
- Coordinate with developers and BA and clients
- Handle Hardware Change Requests
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT related courses
- IT Operation support experience would be preferred
